World Bee Day Part 1 Preschool & Yr5

This morning Yr 5 visited Preschool to mark World Bee Day 2022.

Yr 5 were wowed by Preschools knowledge of bees and even learned some new information all about honey tummies! Yr 5 taught Preschool the waggle dance, we shared lots of giggles performing it together. Next we turned into bees and searched for flowers in the orchard to pollinate. Back in Preschool we played our part in helping to save the bees and planted seeds together. We ended our session exploring and playing in the Preschool garden. I am not sure who had more fun, Preschool or Yr5 !

Yr 5 thank you for being so beautiful, kind and patient with our Preschool children this morning, they loved playing with you and I know you enjoyed it too. We can't wait for you to visit again very soon.
