Year 2 news

Another week of home learning has passed us by. I love seeing your videos, work, photos and messages. Thank you for all your hard work!
This week in maths, we have learnt about scales, mainly measuring volume and temperature. You kept a weather chart of the week and you read different scales on thermometers and when measuring volume.

In English you read instructions, re ordered instructions, wrote your own and learnt about imperative verbs. You wrote me some instructions too. I will follow them this week and upload the photos for you!

We have continued to listen to the adventures of The Enchanted Wood and also we have had stories by Hugh, Megan, Clementine, Lucia and Xavier. I loved them all and I know you enjoyed them by all of your messages. We will continue with this next week so if you want me to share your story, add it to your journal!

I hope you all have a lovely weekend, let's hope the sun is back out so we can enjoy some time outside in the sunshine!
