Mindfulness
At this very busy and unknown time, we need to remember to think about our wellbeing. Taking a small amount of time out of each day to relax and be mindful can drastically improve our wellbeing.
Please find a mindfulness planner which outlines different activities you can do at home and as a family. The children will be familiar with some of these activities as we have done them in mindful Monday. Click here
