Preschool News. Police visit

We had a visit in preschool today from the wonderful Cheshire Constabulary. The children were treated to a look at the big police van, they walked through and looked at all of the equipment and the small cell at the back of the van. They were excited to see the flashing lights and to hear the siren.

They listened to the police officer who told them about their job, how they help people and keep everyone safe. The police officer reminded the children how to stay safe near the road by staying with their grown ups and by always holding their hand when they cross the road.

After this they took turns to have their finger prints taken and dressed up in some police uniform.
