What a week and you smashed it Y6

YOU DID IT! YOU SMASHED IT! YOU ARE STARS!!

I am so proud of each and every one of you and you should be very proud of yourselves.

You settled so well each morning as you enjoyed our toast club run by Mrs Whittingham and Miss Holland. Thank you, ladies. Your club helped us to begin our day in such a positive way.

You have completed all six assessments and you came out of each one with smiles on your faces. I know how hard you have worked, and you showed this off.

We have had plenty of downtime and enjoyed time outside and of course our trip to the park.

We have squeezed in an RE lesson using our drawing skills as we focused on the features of Rama the 7th avatar of the Hindu god Vishnu. We have also enjoyed two PE lessons and a music lesson. 

Wow Year 6! You blew Miss Holland away with your amazing composition skills! You used the Launchpad app to create the most amazing Hip Hop pieces! She was very proud to see how well you threw yourselves into this task. You've seen how technology can allow you to broaden your music skills and how much fun it can bring you. Great work!

It goes without saying that we have made sure our time with our buddies still went ahead. Fun on the field in the sunshine was just what we wanted to end our week.

You deserve a well-earned rest and hopefully a weekend of sunshine Year 6. I am so proud of you all.
