As our Autumn Term comes to an end, I would like to thank you for your full support in all that we have done and achieved. Our class have worked extremely hard throughout this term and we have embraced the challenges that have come our way. Well done Y6. You are stars.
We finished our term off this week with study work and different Christmas activities. Y6 thoroughly enjoyed the pantomime and our Christmas party saw us all playing our favourite party games. We have given and received Christmas cards and finished our day today with a film. We even managed to watch the end of Goodnight Mr. Tom and we have finished our class novel Letters from the Lighthouse. Both of which we thoroughly enjoyed.
We hope you enjoyed watching our outdoor Christmas Singing Service. We have watched different services this week during Worship and we have enjoyed them all.
I will not be setting any new homework for the Christmas period. The only homework I would like my children to complete is to:
Enjoy your family time together
Enjoy family lazy days
Share a game with friends
Enjoy your favourite Christmas film
Most of all take good care of yourselves, recharge your batteries and have a very merry Christmas.
Thank you for all your kind words and gifts; I feel very spoilt. All that is left for me to say is merry Christmas and I hope you all stay safe and enjoy your family time.
