A Final Farewell Y6... What Can I Say!

Well Year 6 what a final two days we have had. You have been a truly amazing Year 6 class and I will remember many of our triumphs. You have come such a long way and your high schools are very lucky to have you.

I often say how proud I am of you all and I couldn't be prouder of the young people you have become over the year. I am a very lucky teacher and Wybunbury is a very lucky school to have had you as our role model Year 6's.

Ending our year with a trip to Go Ape will be a treasured memory of mine. You have shone in so many ways and shared your talents with both myself and our wider school and of course your kindness shown to our reception buddies is off the scale.

We have worked so hard as a team, and as your Leavers Service said, you have smashed your learning goals! Wow, wow, wow.

You left your mark in our talent show and ended our show with a tribute to school performed by George and Seb. I loved the changed lyrics which brought a tear to my eye (another one). You also spent time with Mrs Hughes and Mrs Lawlor writing messages to share in our prayer shed which now hang on the memory tree for all to read.

I would just like to end my final post with a thank you. Thank you for supporting my teaching and allowing me to teach in my way. I have loved my year with you. You have often left me giggling, smiling and feeling a warmth in my heart.

Have a wonderful summer holidays and stride into your first day of high school with your heads held high. You are all stars.
