P.E News: Lauren Quigley

Today, we were very lucky to have Lauren Quigley, GB swimmer, visit school to deliver a series of fitness sessions and an inspirational speech to match.

Every class took part and it was fantastic to see all the children doing press ups, spotty dogs and star jumps.

We then all got together in the hall to listen to Lauren speak about her journey to become the swimmer she is today. She spoke about failure and how this fueled her to succeed. What an inspiring story!

A huge thank you to all the fundraising that has been going on behind the scene. We will be shortly totaling up the amount to see how much we have raised for school. We can't wait to share it with you all!
