PE News 12.5.23

It's been a busy and exciting week in PE.

The rain made us come inside, but we made the most of it by doing some athletics stations in the hall. Years 1 and 2 focused on their standing long jump, shuttle runs, cones, skipping, and Cosmic Kids yoga.

Year 4 also got our heart rates up and had some fun with Just Dance in the classroom.

Meanwhile, Years 3, 5 and 6 were able to get outside and do some athletics on the track. They worked on their hurdles and did a relay race, as well as practicing their cone dodging and fast feet with a focus on quick turns.

I'm so proud of how hard everyone has worked this week, and how they demonstrated patience and resilience with the ever changing weather conditions.

I'm looking forward to another great week ahead!
