We've had another busy few weeks of PE with even more superstar performances!
Year 6 performed their Waltz and Charleston dances for their grandparents on their theme day and what a wonderful job they did!
Year 5 worked extra hard completing fitness circuits and yoga sessions and were also retested on the shuttle run. Most of the children managed to beat their previous run.
Year 4 have finished their Harry Potter dance and have focused on timing and quality of movement. They worked super hard and the finished dance was brilliant!
Year 3 created an ending to their Egyptian dance and have also focused on improving their timing. They took pride in their work and this was evident in the brilliant end result!
Year 2 performed some brilliant balances on the big wall apparatus and showed how much they had progressed with some great gymnastic sequences!
Year 1 added a marching section and also created an ending to their Jungle Book animal dance. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and created a super dance!
We finished off the term with a Christmas game of Snowman Bowling and some classes had time to squeeze in a Crazy Santa Just Dance!
After Christmas Year 1, Year 3 and Year 4 will be doing gymnastics, Year 2 and Year 5 will be dancing and Year 6 will be taking on health related fitness.
Thank you very much for the lovely cards and gifts, they were very much appreciated!
Have a lovely Christmas and New Year and I will see you in January!
