And here we are, at the end of our crazy week. We started our week off as normal, introducing fractions and verbs, especially adding ed to make it past tense. As the days went by, our daily routine changed and we decided to put some of our normal learning to one side and really enjoy our time together.
Today, we played on the adventure playground, sang lots of songs and danced around the classroom. We spent time on the field and Fort Lewis, did some creative activities and enjoyed being around each other.
We have spent lots of time talking this week, asking questions that the adults didn't always have the answers to. You have been incredible friends to each other if someone has been upset. You have shown me again what kind, resilient children you all are and I am proud of you all. I have loved every minute of our year together.
And now we move forward...Home Learning is now our plan! We are all ready, you have your packs and you have been introduced to Seesaw. I was so impressed when a few of you told me you had already downloaded it last night, this shows me how determined you are to keep learning and making progress. I will be with you every step of the way, just at the other end of an email and the app.
Above all, it is so important to stay safe and make the most of your time at home. Enjoy the time with your family, stay active and try to learn something new. I can't wait to hear all about it when we return to school, when our Wybunbury family will be back together again.
Keep in touch and stay safe.
