Year 6 News of the Week – 10.7.26

What a week we have had. We have been out and about and enjoyed all our time as a Year 6 team. From Primary College to Wybunbury Moss with our buddies – we have loved it all and both events must be our highlight. Our week has flown by and now means there is only one week left of Year 6 and we will be sure to make it another week of memory making from our Leavers Service to our Go Ape end of year treat.

We have used some of our curriculum time this week to complete our Relationship Health Education lessons. We have taken part in three lessons and I am so proud of the way you thought carefully about the questions you wanted to ask and about the way you entered into our class discussions.

We are thinking about our Leavers Service at the moment. We are all busy learning our words in readiness for Thursday at 1.30pm in Church. Bring tissues and we hope to see you there.

We have managed to squeeze in other lessons this week from English to Maths and to Science and we have also managed to fit in two PE lessons too.

One last bit of information is to say that I have sent out reports, unfortunately not including SATs results due to technical problems and data transfer issues with the new online marking platform called Pearson. Although results are not included, I hope you enjoy reading my report as everyone has worked so hard in Year 6 and I am bursting with pride for each of my Year 6 children.
