Year 4 News 01.05.26

Happy Friday, Year 4!

Our wow moment this week has definitely been Computing. You loved learning how to edit photos by recolouring them, and explored tools such as saturation, brightness, and filters like greyscale and sepia. It was brilliant to see how quickly you picked up these new skills. You’ve also been very busy in Art, creating your own books, showing such creativity and care in your work!

In Maths, you’ve been learning how to find fractions of amounts and add fractions. This has required great determination as you tackled some tricky problems. In English, you planned and have now started writing your PGL recounts. I’m really looking forward to reading all about your experiences.

Alongside this, you’ve also enjoyed lessons in RE, DT, French, Wellbeing, HeartSmart, Music, PE, and Science. . . another busy week!
