Y4 Weekly News 20.03.26

Last week, you enjoyed joining other CDAT schools for a special Easter service. It was lovely to come together to sing songs, listen to the readings and reflect on the Easter story. You also had a very special visitor, Detective Constable Andrew Kevan, who taught you all about staying safe online. You learnt about the importance of keeping personal information private, being kind and respectful when using the internet, and telling a trusted adult if anything online makes you feel worried or uncomfortable.

In Maths, you began learning short division, sometimes called the bus stop method, and you are starting to get to grips with it really well. In English, you carried on writing your information guides about how to catch a monster, and it has been great to see your ideas developing.

We also did Art, PE, Music, RE, Geography, Science, Wellbeing, Book Club, Handwriting, Spellings and Computing.
