We smashed it – Y6 News of the Week 15.5.26

YOU DID IT! YOU SMASHED IT! YOU ARE STARS!!

I am so proud of each and every one of you and you should be very proud of yourselves.

You settled brilliantly each morning as you enjoyed our toast club run by Miss Dunn and Miss Holland. Thank you ladies, as your club helped us to begin our day in such a positive way.

You have completed all six assessments, and you came out of each one with smiles on your faces. I know how hard you have worked, and you showed this off.

We have squeezed in an RE lesson and we have also enjoyed two PE lessons and a music lesson.  We have even worked on our understanding of the circulatory system in science too. Wow Year 6! Great work!

We have had plenty of downtime today enjoying a day of chilled activities. We have played a pirate game, enjoyed our visit to the Post office to buy a snack and of course loved our time at the park in the sunshine. It goes without saying that we made sure our time with our buddies still went ahead. This time, it was teaching our buddies their first Computing lesson using the A.L.E.X. app.

We ended our week receiving our Leavers Hoodies and you look great in them!

You deserve a well-earned rest Year 6. I am so proud of you all. Well done.
