Our final week in Year 6 – 18.7.25

Year 6 you have made it! What a year you have all had. I am so proud of you all.

This week, we have worked hard preparing for our Leavers Service in-between finishing off some of our curriculum learning. We have completed our final course of our Come Dine with Me cooking extravaganza and enjoyed sampling all the desserts. NSPCC visited us this week to share the message of speaking out and staying safe.

We enjoyed our special treat with our buddies at Wybunbury Moss where we pond dipped, investigated a tree shake, went on a bug hunt and made nature crowns. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time together, even in the rain.

Thank you for being a part of our Leavers Service this week. We were so proud to share it with you and I know how moved you all felt. You spoke beautifully and sang your hearts out. I am bursting with pride.

Leavers books have been given out this week and how lovely they are. We spent some time exchanging photos and then signing each other's books. What a wonderful treasure to keep.

Today, we have enjoyed plenty of time inside and outside the classroom taking part in fun games and even played a pirate game against Year 5! We have spent time with our buddies enjoying our final moments together. We will miss you Reception. We thoroughly enjoyed signing each other's shirts and we ended our week presenting our Leavers Service to the rest of school.

Well Year 6, this is my final website post and I would just like to end it by saying it has been an absolute privilege being a part of your final year. You have worked so hard and I know how ready you are to move on. I will miss you all.
