Merry Christmas Y3

I cannot believe how quickly this last week has gone! Year 3 I have truly loved being your teacher these last 4 months and I will miss you all so much!

This week we have spent our time preparing for Christmas. We have created cards, been on a winter walk and even had a visit from Santa.

On Monday, we finished off different pieces of study work, created Christmas cards, practiced our Christmas service AND did problem solving questions in maths.

On Tuesday, spent the morning at our wonderful Christmas service. You all did amazingly saying your words and singing your songs! I am so proud of you all. You also had PE, playing Christmas sports games and art, drawing your Roman solider drawing him to the correct proportions.

On Wednesday, we had a lovely morning watching the pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk. After that we went on a lovely winter walk. In the afternoon, we spent it finishing a variety of different things off AND the most important thing! We visited Father Christmas!!!! He said that we were the politest class!

On Thursday, we finished off our D&T and created fires out of paper, wood and cotton wool! In the afternoon, you spent some time getting to know Miss McCurrie!

On Friday, we had a lovely last day together! I enjoyed every moment! We had a Christmas quiz, Christmas party with lots of fun games AND watched a film!
