Happy summer holidays Year Two

Well I just cannot believe we are at the end of another year Year Two! Our time together has flown by.

From the moment you stepped through my classroom doors, you have filled my life with so much joy. Each day I've spent with you I've been reminded that I have the best job in the world. You have amazed me with your kindness to each other, your generosity and motivation. You have all put 100% into everything you have done this year and I am just amazed with the level of progress you have all made. This is all down to your determination and focus in every lesson!

We have loved learning about our topics of transport, farming and the Great fire of London. We have many memories from our fantastic trip to Nantwich museum and our forest school sessions in our Autumn term. One of my favourite moments of this year is seeing you take on the Archbishop trust Award for the very first time and how much that has helped you to develop and grow as a person. We thoroughly enjoyed the responsibility of completing a book sale and raising money for chance changing lives. You have all grown so much together and it has been an honour to watch this happen. You have taught me to have fun, be kind and to never give up!

Myself, Catherine and Stephanie would like to say a huge thank you for all of our wonderful gifts, cards and messages. We have all been spoilt. I would like to say a thank you to both Catherine and Stephanie for all of their hard work in supporting you and being there for you when you need them. I know you feel very lucky to still see Catherine next year but we unfortunately do have to say our goodbyes to Stephanie as she moves to a different job in a different school. We wish her the best of luck!

Last of all, I need to say a big big big thank you to all of you. It's been wonderful to teach you this year and I am going to miss you very much as you move to Year Three but don't ever be a stranger. I will always be here for a quick chat or a hello!
