Y1's Chester zoo trip

What a zootastic day we have had at Chester zoo today. The weather definitely didn't dampen our high spirits.

As we arrived at a very snowy and white Chester zoo we started our journey on seeing the most amazing animals. We saw monkeys, chimpanzees, orangutans, giraffes, elephants, lions, butterflies, penguins, flamingos and many more.

Your behaviour around the zoo was impeccable and even a zoo keeper mentioned what a lovely class you were. You were enthusiastic about all of the animals, asking questions and watching them carefully. You walked around Chester zoo in the rain/snow beautifully with your partner and never complained once. You have done Wybunbury Delves proud my little superstars!

I just want to say a huge thank you to Mrs VR, Mrs Hughes, Meg, Miss Holdsworth and Miss Sowter for coming along on the trip and helping you all. We wouldn't have been able to do it without you!

I hope you have a restful night  as I'm sure you have walked your little legs off.  We will have some very tired faces tomorrow. I hope you've all enjoyed the trip as much as I have and thank you for being absolute superstars. You are all a credit to our school.
