Reception Class Wybunbury Moss Trip

Reception Class, what a fabulous morning we have had down at the Moss with our Year 6 buddies. In the pond area, we had a very exciting time dipping our nets to discover small fish, mayflies and backswimmers. We managed to get a good look at their different features before gently putting them back into the pond. The long grass provided a huge variety of grasses and wildflowers for us to explore and then make into the most gorgeous nature crowns.
Whilst bug hunting, we found grasshoppers, spiders of all shapes and sizes and beetles.
Even the sun managed an appearance after a rainy start!
