Reception Class Final News Of The Year!

Reception Class, I cannot believe how quickly this past year has flown by.
It only seems like yesterday that you arrived for your first day at school in your smart new uniform and shiny shoes.

It has been a huge privilege to be your first school teacher and I am immensely proud of how you bonded to become a wonderful class family, caring and nurturing each other. I am also super proud of all your have achieved this past year and hope your families have enjoyed your fabulous study workbooks that reflect the amazing learning that has taken place.

We cannot finish our year without mentioning our Year 6 buddies. You embody everything that our school holds dear to it's heart. The love, care and attention you have shown the Reception Class children is truly awesome.
My goodness Year 6, your lights will shine so brightly in the world!

It was so lovely to spend our last moments of this year with our buddies down at Wybunbury Moss, pond dipping, bug hunting, grass weaving and making nature crowns as well as wonderful memories to last a lifetime. A huge thank you to Mrs Tibbets and her volunteers from Natural England for making this happen for us. It was a fabulous morning.

Finally, Reception class, thank you for all the laughter, smiles and filling my heart with joy. I will miss you, so don't forget to wave across the playground.
