PE Home Activity Information

Well, what can I say? Our usual lives are going to be slightly different for a while and I will certainly miss teaching you all! During this time of home education, it will be difficult to do normal PE lessons however there are plenty of online activities to help you keep active.
On Monday to Friday mornings, at 9am, The Bodycoach will be doing PE workouts on his YouTube channel.
Mr Charlesworth is also running online PE sessions, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, at 9am through his gym. Please contact JJ Studios Personal Training.
I've also added a list of online active websites, as well as several activity challenge cards. Don't forget to keep up with the Daily Mile too! Please try to take some 'active' pictures and email them to school.
