Forest School
We were determined to have a fire on our last Years 5 and 6 forest school session, and the change in weather was not going to stop us! We sheltered the fire pit area, made human bridges and kept our tools and equipment as dry as possible when the rain fell. Luckily it was only a short burst of rain and we all managed to toast our marshmallows which gave us a little boost of energy!
This energy was then channelled into improving our archery skills. The smiles on your faces were great to see when you totalled up your scores and saw the improvements you made. A huge thank you to Mr Hadfield for all the sessions this half term.
Next half term we are running a Forest School after school club for Years 3 and 4.
