Merry Christmas Year 5!

What a Christmassy week we have had in Year 5!

Throughout the week, we have had many Christmas celebrations including our Christmas party, Christmas film and Christmas games. We also enjoyed our Christmas lunch together in Year 5. On Thursday, we enjoyed sharing our Year 5 and 6 Christmas service at church. You all did an amazing job and we hope that those of you who were able to join us, enjoyed it.

Throughout the week, we have also finished off a couple of our subjects in preparation for next term. We enjoyed cooking our Bolognese for our DT lesson and learning important skills for food preparation and hygiene.

I have not set any homework for the children this half term holiday as this time is all about spending time with family and friends and I hope that you can all do this.

I would just like to end by saying a huge thank you for your kind wishes, cards and gifts. I feel very blessed. I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and I hope that you all enjoy time spent with your families.
