Danceathon!

This term, we wanted to support Hope House Children’s Hospices and we taken part in their Quality Moments Matter campaign. During this campaign, they are aiming to raise £500,000 in just 36 hours to provide all the children in their care with those quality moments full of joy and life they so richly deserve. 28 families living in and around Wybunbury Delves are currently being cared for by this amazing team.

To support the Quality Moments Matter campaign, we took part in their Danceathon on Monday. The children came to school dressed in their amazing dance clothes. Throughout the day, every child danced for at least 36 minutes. We enjoyed a disco dance in our school hall as well as a whole school dance at lunchtime. We went from the Congo to Superman all with massive smiles on our faces. We heard 'it was the best lunchtime ever!'

In total, we have raised an amazing £284.30, which is amazing. Thank you to everyone who donated!
