This week we have all turned into rather successful chefs! We investigated different types of bread, looking at the range styles and flavors that are available to us, finding out what we liked best about bread and planned our own considering all these factors. Then we made it...rather well! The bread, in all different shapes, sizes and flavors, looked fantastic when it came out of the oven and I think most children were very happy with their results. We used this information to then create graphs, looking at our preferences before and after making the bread- comparing our results and looking at what they showed us.
We have also been completing Robert's final journey in literacy, considering word choices and ensuring we use a range of sentence structures. I have been very impressed with these, you have really shown off your knowledge, well done!
We have also had our lovely picnic with our new buddies, I was very proud of you all, taking such care of them- you will be great friends to them when they join in September. We have also had most of your letters of application for your Year 6 jobs- if you haven't sent these in yet please make sure that you have them in by Monday.
Have a lovely weekend and we will see you next week.
