In English and Maths this week we have been securing our knowledge. In English, we have been cutting up main clauses and learning how to add a relative clause in the middle of it. In Maths, we have continued to look at the bus stop method for division (short division) and we have been using our knowledge to solve word problems.

During our afternoon sessions, we have been busy doing a number of things. On Monday we published our stories in our Study Work Books. On Tuesday, we looked at the Parable of the Unjust Judge and the Persistent Widow and also had a brass instrument lesson. Wednesday afternoon was very busy because we combined our knowledge of circuits, levers and linkages to create a mechanism with a circuit. Yesterday we had P.E and today we have been busy completing Study Work.
