It's been a hard week!

In maths, we have completed an addition and subtraction test. It has tough but we have done amazingly well. We have also been looking at multiplying two/three digit numbers with a one digit number using the grid method. We have just about cracked it.

In English, we have expanded our vocabulary and have created a scene description of Mount Merapi. Just a few more adjustments and they will be ready to go into our study work books next week.

Within RE this week, we have continued our lesson discovering more about Islam, we revisited our learning about the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and why he was so special. We also looked at the Qur'an, what this text was, what made it special and we also considered some of the messages it told. The children did a fantastic job at writing some of their own Arabic, well done!

Some of us even managed to make our own plate out of clay, ready to be painted white and turned into a willow plate.

We have been busy bees.
