This week in Year 4....

We have been writing and editing our non-chronological reports about Georges Seurat. The editing part was a challenge but it certainly improved our work!

In Maths, we have been learning about decimals and how they are linked to fractions. We now all know what a tenth and a hundredth is and why it is called a tenth and and hundredth.

In our afternoons, we had our first official brass instrument lesson. It was lots of fun and we learnt how to play our first song. We continued to learn about electricity; we now know lots of key vocabulary and we also know how a switch affects a circuit. In D.T, we have been making mechanism with levers and linkages.
