Busy, busy, busy!

Year 4 have had a jam-packed week. We've visited the theater to see the Snow Queen, we've had Christmas rehearsals and not to mention all of the new learning we've done. Phew! I think it's time for a well earned rest.

In maths this week, we have focused on statistics. We had a great time making human bar charts outside and have also applied our knowledge to solve problems.

Within English, we have managed to finish the last chapter of our class story. We have mainly focused on editing and improving our diary entries from Lila's prospective. Now that we have finished the class story, we will be moving on to reviewing the book next week.

The afternoons have been rammed packed. We have learnt all about the Chinese Zodiac and have discovered which Chinese year we were born in. You'll be surprised to know, that some of us have the same Chinese Zodiac sign as Mrs Charlesworth.

It's the time of year where study books are near completion, we have been working hard to get them finished to share with all of the parents on the 19th. We're almost finished.

There has been a few pale faces in class this week, so let's make sure we rest up this weekend. It's the final push, let's keep powering through.
