Year 3 Robin Hood celebration day
Towards the end of the autumn term, year 3 will hold a Robin Hood celebration day. The date will be confirmed later on this half term.
The children are invited to come to school in Robin Hood based costumes on the day.
The design and technology homework for this half term is to design and make a shield suitable for Robin Hood or one of the Outcasts. We have already had some shields brought into school so the children have an idea of what they should do. They may wish to bring their shields in as soon as they are made but they are also invited to bring them in on the Robin Hood celebration day to complete their costume.
Photographs will be taken of each child in costume and these will be included in a photo gallery in study work books from the autumn term.
I hope you have fun making your shield and creating a costume year 3.
