Last week we looked at how other authors had described areas like the Moss, we picked our favourite words and phrases, stuck them onto pictures of the Moss and create 'Treasure Seeker's Books'. This week we have used these book to inspire us to write our own descriptions of the Moss which we could use as a story opening. We were all proud of the writing that we had created.
In Maths we have been looking at number patterns and discovered that Multiplication isn't as hard as we thought!
In Geography this week we have found out about the fourth country in the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, and then looked at why we have seasons and what different seasons are like in the UK.
In Computing we have created the basis of a PowerPoint about the United Kingdom which we will be completing in the coming weeks.
Don't forget to compete in the World Education Games.
See you next week.
