Maths this week has focused on multiplication strategies, both short and long multiplication. We have also continued to begin our maths each day with a problem to solve, one of this week's is attached — Can you find out how much money each child had? (last week carrot answer was 67 — well done if you solved it!)
The NSPCC returned to deliver a workshop, speak out, staying safe. The focus of this session was to bring to the attention different worries that children may carry with them, know how to get help, and what sources of help are available to them, including their Childline service.
We have been preparing for our visit next week by learning about the journey of a river from source to mouth and how the river changes along the way.
MyMaths homework has been set today.
Have a lovely weekend.
