Visit from the policeman - preschool
Thank you to Erin's daddy Dave (and P.C Nick) for coming into preschool and talking to us about your role as a police officer this morning.
We listened carefully as you talked to us about what you do. It was very exciting to look at your uniform and see the equipment you carry; walkie talkie, torch, baton, your notebook and you even handcuffed Libby! We decided that she wasn't really naughty though.
We then went outside and enjoyed exploring the police cars. We wore police hats, pretended to drive the car, watched the flashing lights and heard the siren — wow! We even got a little goodie to go home with — thank you.
Back at preschool we made our own police hats and id badges.
Thank you so much,
from us all at preschool.
