A visit from a librarian - preschool

Home » News » A visit from a librarian - preschool

Thank you to Hillary, Pippa's Granma for coming in yesterday and talking to the children about being a librarian.

She introduced herself to the children and told us all that she worked in Nantwich library. She showed the children a library card and asked who had one? Many of the children had been to the library.
She talked the children about what 'borrow' meant Esme replied "you can take them home" Hilary then explained that the books must then be returned for other children to read. We found out we could borrow up to 20 books at one time — wow!

Hillary then read lots of stories to us.

Thank you,
from everybody at preschool.
