Tomorrow is Paint the Town Red Day!
WEDNESDAY 1st OCTOBER
The fundraisers, Orlanda and Meg, are holding our first fundraising event on 1st October 2014 for the charity Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY)
On this day can your child please wear red for a donation of £1.
There will also be a cake sale at morning playtime (25p or 50p cakes), guess how many red sweets are in the jar for 50p a go. We are selling bead water bottle holders for £1 and at lunchtime we would like you to bring in something red, e.g. clothing, toy, books or anything red (if named you will get it back!) to create the word cry on the field.
Red Shift Radio are supporting us in this event and we hope they can organise the Chronicle to come in!
CRY for Matthew is a local charity set up by Sue Dewhirst, whose son sadly dies of Sudden Arrhythmic Disorder (SAD). She is campaigning to get all young teenagers screened and has a free screening day at Crewe Alex in November-the money raised will help towards more free screening events locally. Redshift are partners of this charity
Please support our event!
