another busy week has flown by!
In literacy we have been exploring story writing, thinking about how we can take the structure from Exodus and apply it to our own stories.
Maths has been focused around shape and percentages — applying our fractions knowledge and matching equivalents.
We have completed our Powerpoints about different Ancient civilisations, we have been thinking about their legacies and what we can learn from the past.
We have found out about our name origins because in Exodus we have learnt that the 'Treenesters' have been named after the places of the drowned city beneath where they live.
We are after carrier bags for our DT work — if anyone has any spares please send them to the Y6 classroom.
Have a lovely weekend
Mrs Chesters
