This week in Nature Club we have been collecting interesting 'nature treasures' from around school. The children have found different varieties of seed pods, delicate snail shells, leaf skeletons and spiders' egg sacks. We are going to label these treasures and display them in school as part of our 'Awe and Wonder' display.

If you would like to do this at home, you can collect interesting or unusual things that have fallen to the ground and share them in school as part of our display. If you can identify your treasures, please make labels for them to tell other people what they are. If you are unable to identify them, you could make up your own weird or wacky name for your item and tell imaginative tales about them instead! For example, "This gigantic leaf is from a Boing Boing tree. In Autumn, instead of seeds, it grows bouncy balls that fall to the woodland floor for children to play with."

Please bring them in to myself (Mrs Taylor) to share.
