Summer Reading Challenge 2015
Last week, Preschool, Reception, Years 1, 2, 3 and 4 were visited by Hilary the librarian from Nantwich Library who came to tell us all about this year's Summer Reading Challenge! This year's theme is Record Breakers and we hope you have fun exploring the wacky and wonderful records on this year's collector's poster — there's a whole load to discover! Guinness World Records inspires and celebrates personal bests, so what better way to challenge yourself than to get involved with Record Breakers this summer. And don't forget to pop down to your local library this summer to find out how you can take part in Record Breakers. It's going to be smashing!
The Summer Reading Challenge is a great way to ensure your child maintains their reading level over the summer break from school. Your new class teacher will give you 25 house points if you manage to complete this year's Summer Reading Challenge. Bring in your certificate in the new term so we can celebrate your fantastic reading over the summer! Good luck and keep on reading!
