St.Georges Day - Preschool
What a lovely day we have had slaying dragons ;)
Thank you for all coming in your wonderful costumes today preschool — despite all the dragons we managed to still have a very calm day ;)
We started our day listening to the story of brave knight George who slayed the dragon to rescue the beautiful princess. We then re enacted the story. As you can see brave knight (Edward) and dragon (George) took their role very seriously — fab acting out boys! We then got very crafty and created flags, crowns, swords and shields. Outside I saw the boys construct a castle and re create the story of George and the dragon independently — wow!
Thank you for a lovely day and a great first week back,
Tara
