Tell us what you think about sport in school!

The School delivers the national curriculum for P.E and runs a number of afterschool clubs. In response to feedback from parents via the 'Parent Forum', we are conducting a sports survey to understand parents views on sport in school.

Please complete the survey by Friday 30th May to let us know your thoughts.

The results will support our sports planning for September.

1. What do you feel about current PE/sport provision in school including afterschool?

2. Is the provision by school of extra curricula PE/sporting activities important to you and why?

3. What are the current limitations (if any) to your child attending an afterschool PE/sport club?

4. Which of the following afterschool PE/sport clubs would your child be interested in attending if offered at school?

7. Do you have any suggestions for how Wybunbury Delves might further improve PE/sport provision? Any other comments?

8. Would you support the purchase of a long jump with the funds raised with the Olympic event? (If we are able to secure additional external funds). Other suggestions?
