Reception News
In reception this week we have continued using the book The Jolly Postman. We have finished painting our map of his route and making fairytale houses from paper bags. We have also written labels as part of our literacy.
In numeracy we have been comparing numbers, recognising biggest and smallest. We have also carried on with measuring. This time we have measured ourselves to see who is tallest and smallest.
In RE and art, Mrs Taylor has been teaching about family trees. The children have made their own fingerprint trees and will be drawing their families onto acorns.
Have a great weekend and see you on Monday!
