Our Week in Reception
It has been a busy week with lots of new opportunities for us in Reception.
We have enjoyed taking part in our Remembrance service Worship. We joined together with Preschool to sing 'Wear a Poppy today.' It was lovely to show a video of our performance to the rest of the school.
Whatever Next has continued to be our focus for Writing and Science activities this week. In Phonics we have been working in small groups to learn different sounds.
Today we have completed a survey of our garden to find out which areas are our favourite. The construction area came out as the most popular place to visit and the water tray is the area that we don't visit very often.
Our photos this week show our choices in child initiated play. Can you tell what we want to be when we are older?
Have a restful weekend, I am looking forward to seeing your ideas for the home link drawing activity.
See you all on Monday.
