Our Week In Reception
We have missed a few members of the class this week. I hope this news update will let you know what we have been doing. Get well soon.
This week we have explored the story Whatever next. On Tuesday we were IPad Experts and we took photos of each other. We chose how to take a photo and then we reviewed which ones were the best. Once they were printed out, we wrote all about where we would like to travel to. The story has also offered lots of links to Numeracy too. We have made a shopping list for the bear's picnic and counted the stars in each picture carefully.
In the garden we have had a letter writing station and our post box has been getting very full! The delivery route has been all around the garden and even as far as Mrs Casserley's room.
We have welcomed a new boy to our class and he has been welcomed at snack time and lunchtime, (photos to follow). We enjoyed finding out about Noah and how we can help be a good friend to him.
Today we have talked about staying safe on the internet and how we should always ask an adult before we use a computer, tablet or mobile phone.
