Well... Santa had to learn some new skills this year. He and his elves magically sent each class a...
Italy Day
Our Italy Day has created a real buzz around school. We couldn't have asked for a better day and a big thank you should go to all the children for their all their enthusiasm. We had a good flight to Italy; firstly flying to Naples and then flying back from Rome. On our tour, we visited Mount Vesuvius, the Rialto Bridge in Venice, the leaning Tower of Pisa and the Coliseum in Rome. Our flights landed on time so we were just in time to invite our parents to share in part of our day.
Here are a few of the children's' responses...
'I have made the Coliseum.' 'Mount Vesuvius has exploded' ' I have made the learning tower of Pisa with balconies so they can say hello.' 'Uno1, 2 due; 3 tre.' 'This is the best day ever!'
I would like to thank Giovanni's in Crewe for providing the food today. We enjoyed eating a variety of pasta dishes in our Italian restaurant, and we had chance to have an ice cream too!
A wonderful day!
