The End Of A Year 5 Era

Home » News » The End Of A Year 5 Era

Well, I can't quite believe it . . . your time in Year 5 has come to an end. How did that happen? In our last two weeks together, we have been on a study work mission to get everything up-to-date and finished, and you achieved it. Well done. All your books are beautiful and I hope you are proud of them as they are a great example of how hard you have worked and everything you have achieved this term. We also completed our D.T unit (bread making), take a look at the pictures to see how we got on.

I feel like the term — and the year — have just absolutely whizzed by, and what a fantastic year it has been. To say I have enjoyed teaching you all is an understatement — I have absolutely loved it! You are a kind, thoughtful and enthusiastic class, and I feel very lucky that I have been able to teach you twice! Although I am super sad to say goodbye, I know you are all ready for the new learning adventures that await you. Thank you for all my beautiful cards and presents, it is so generous of you and greatly appreciated.

I hope you all have a fantastic summer holiday!
