Sports News: Cross Country

Home » News » Cross Country

On Monday night our cross country team headed to Malbank for the rerun of April's postponed competition. We fielded our biggest team to date, taking 29 children.
In the year group team results: Year 3 girls- 3rd, Year 3 boys- no team, Year 4 girls- 9th, Year 4 boys- 2nd, Year 5 girls- 1st, Year 5 boys- 3rd, Year 6 girls & boys- no teams.
Alongside the fantastic team results we had many amazing individual performances. Almost all of the year groups had children in the top 10, with Ben finishing an outstanding 2nd! The full results can be found on the indoor sports display.
Once again, the children showed wonderful sportsmanship, determination and teamwork! Well done Wybunbury Delves!
