Chair of Governors for the last 10 years, working with the Senior Management Team Neil strives to deliver a school that is inclusive and a place where you would want your children to be educated. When not working, Neil enjoys reading or walking.
Vice Chair/ Foundations/SEN/Delves Trust
A Governor at Wybunbury for the last 10 years, Steve is responsible for Safeguarding, Special Needs and is also on Committees for Curriculum and Finance. In his spare time Steve enjoys walking and reading.
Janet is the Governor representing the LEA on the Governing Board. She is the local councillor for Wybunbury and holds the Adult, Health and Leisure Portfolio for Cheshire East. She is on the standards committee and is a critical friend for teaching and learning.
Parent Foundation (PCC)
A Governor since 2012, Lisa has a child in Year 4, and a second at High School. Lisa is on the Standards Committee, Curriculum Committee specialising in numeracy, and also helps lead the School Prayer Group.
A long standing Governor, Mrs Heath comes in regularly to help with the Early Years and is a popular and familiar face with children and parents alike! Christine is on the personnel committee.
With over 30 years experience as a Governor, and ex-pupil of the School when it was a boy's school, Philip specialises in Health & Safety on the governing body. He is on the premises committee.
Kate has worked at Wybunbury Delves School since 2001 and has been support staff governor for 8 years. Previously from a banking background, Kate always yearned to work in a school setting, and found that the experience gained in banking transferred well to running a school office. She holds completed a Certificate of School Business Management. Outside of the office, Kate has a special interest in RE. Kate leads the weekly Prayer Group and Year 6 Alpha course.
Liz has worked at Wybunbury Delves since 2000. She coordinates Religious Education and Worship and was instrumental in helping the school achieve "outstanding" in the recent Church School Inspection in 2012 and achieving The Church of England RE Quality Mark. She attends St Chad's where she is a member of the Parochial Church Council.
Rachel has a special interest in SEN and is keen to help the support the school to provide a high quality of education for all children. She has two children currently at the school (and one who has just 'graduated to high school' from Wybunbury). Rachel has a background in HR and Retail Management. In her spare time (not much!) she enjoys cooking, fashion and socialising with friends and family.
A former pupil of Wybunbury Delves and her three children now attend the school, currently in Year 1, Year 4 and Year 6. Claire is a Primary School Teacher and brings to the role 18 years of valuable experience working within education. Claire is on the Teaching and Learning, Standards and Pre-School committees.
Marian moved to Wybunbury in 2000 to take over the running of the Post Office. She had previously had a long career in Sales and Marketing. She helps run the Alpha course for Y6 and is the link between the school and the Mothers' Union at St Chad's where she worships. She is now enjoying retirement.
As Head, Mrs Casserley, has been leading the School since September 1996 having taught in six previous schools within the independent and maintained sectors.
Deputy Head, co-opted member
A member of staff since September 1999. She has worked as part of the Senior Leadership Team for the past five years and was appointed deputy head in January 2015.
