It has been a week of assessments in school and year 3 have worked very hard and tried their best. Well done everyone!

Tomorrow, a newsletter will come home with details of our end of term Robin Hood celebration day on Friday 13th December. The class are invited to come to school dressed as one of the many characters from Robin of Sherwood, share their bows and arrows and the wonderful shields they have been busy making and bring in snacks (possibly on a woodland theme). We will enjoy a day of role play, Robin Hood themed maths and literacy, crafts and story extracts and, of course, a picnic! I know this is a day they are really looking forward to....I hope it will be great fun and a lovely end to our autumn term topic.
