Robin Hood would be proud!

Home » News » Robin Hood would be proud!

What a fabulous way to end our week in year 3 as we enjoyed a Robin Hood adventure in the woods today.

We have learned about food webs and chains, identified trees using leaves, twigs, fruit and seeds, mastered skills of archery and den building and listened to tales from Sherwood around a cosy campfire — munching toasted marshmellows!

Some of us took an unexpected dip in the brook and a final downpour made us realise just how quickly the weather can change and what a challenge that must have been for the forest dwellers.

Robin Hood would have been so proud of his Wybunbury Outcasts today...and so was Miss Lake! Well done to all of year 3 for surviving our Robin Hood experience. I hope you are busy sharing tales from the forest!
